Qualifications

• 15+ years in software/product development with delivery leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex distributed systems.
• Strong execution, planning, and tracking experience.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-team delivery.
• Strong people leadership and coaching experience.
• Agile delivery experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good understanding of cloud and modern engineering practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery across multiple Scrum teams ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Own planning, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
• Translate business priorities into clear delivery plans.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Own performance management and career development.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Align with Product, Portfolio, and Architecture teams.
• Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Act as escalation point for delivery issues.
• Drive effective Agile practices and enable collaboration across distributed teams.
• Maintain technical understanding and work with Technical Leads on architecture alignment.
