Job summary

SCAN is seeking an AI Feature Lead to drive the strategic development of our agentic AI platform. You will own requirements, validation, and delivery of scalable AI features, collaborating with engineering, product, business, and compliance teams to translate vision into concrete capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering required.
• Deep technical proficiency in AI platform architecture and orchestration.
• Experience translating business needs into AI feature proposals.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, business, and compliance.
• Familiarity with vectors, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Gather, refine, and prioritize technical and business requirements for platform features and agents.
• Translate business needs and organizational patterns into clear, actionable specifications for engineering teams.
• Make trade-off decisions and maintain a prioritized feature backlog.
• Use market headwind/tailwind to scope and envision AI platform features and roadmaps.
• Develop APIs, MCP, and data/knowledge management roadmaps and integration points.
• Provide cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
• Define acceptance criteria and test strategies for platform features and agents.
• Define KPIs and oversee test coverage, reliability, and performance evals.
• Maintain clear documentation for requirements, test strategies, and APIs.
