Job summary

Precisely is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a globally distributed team of senior engineers delivering shared SaaS platform services and core AI capabilities. This player-coach role combines hands-on technical leadership with career development and performance management, including FedRAMP responsibilities in collaboration with Platform Engineering and Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software development, including 5+ years as a senior engineer and 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading internationally dispersed teams and delivering SaaS/platform products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of senior/principal engineers across locations.
• Architect and contribute to core SaaS platform services and AI capabilities.
• Drive FedRAMP responsibilities in coordination with Platform Engineering and Security.
• Partner with Product Management to align technical strategy with business outcomes.
• Set engineering standards for AI tooling and promote AI-first development practices.
