Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader for its AI Platform Engineering group to direct the infrastructure and cloud-native platform layers of EY's AI runtime. You will guide a team of AI Infrastructure and AI Systems Engineers, while also hands-on designing and troubleshooting the most critical parts of the platform.

You will operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, client-managed, and air-gapped targets, balancing reliability, portability, and security in regulated client contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or large-scale Kubernetes environments.
• 3+ years leading or directing engineering teams (technical leadership of multiple engineers).
• Hands-on experience with GPU infrastructure and scheduling (NVAIE/DCGM) and AI inference serving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team and set priorities.
• Build hands-on as a senior individual contributor on the core platform components.
• Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap with phased capability releases.
• Stand up and operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped modes.
• Own secure execution, inference, and routing for AI models and workloads.
• Own operational excellence, including SLOs, incident management, and DR.
