Job summary

EY seeks a senior leader for the AI Platform Engineering group to drive the infrastructure and cloud-native platform layers of EY’s AI runtime. You will set technical direction, oversee a team of AI Infrastructure and AI Systems Engineers, and personally design and troubleshoot critical platform components across cloud, on-prem, edge, client-managed, and air-gapped targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years building or operating enterprise infrastructure or cloud platforms.
3+ years leading or directing engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
Experience with Kubernetes distributions and full lifecycle management.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead the AI Platform Infrastructure Engineering team and set priorities.
Hands-on design, build, and debugging of the most critical platform components.
Own the infrastructure delivery roadmap and report progress to leadership.
Stand up and operate EY Agentic AI environments across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped modes.
Own secure execution, inference, and routing for AI components.
Own platform reliability, SLOs, and incident response; drive continuous improvement.
