Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or commensurate work experience).
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in systems engineering, computer programming, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Focus on delivering AI system software for optimal customer experience.
• Oversee installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of OS, AI application software, and system tools.
• Monitor and test AI application performance; partner with developers to fix bottlenecks.
