Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically has 7–10 years of work experience in systems engineering, computer programming, or a related field.
• Four-year or graduate degree in CS, IS, or related discipline.
• Preferred Certifications: CSSE and CSEP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-related system software for optimal customer experience.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain OS, AI apps, and system tools.
• Monitor AI performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement fixes with developers.
• Optimize software for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Gather system engineering requirements with engineering groups and stakeholders.
• Lead multiple project teams through design, coding, testing, and integration.
• Manage relationships with internal and outsourced development partners.
• Review designs for compliance with guidelines and provide feedback.
• Provide domain expertise and software leadership across projects.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies.
• Mentor less-experienced staff.
