Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML algorithms for product and system applications. You will work with large-scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments while translating customer requirements into AI/ML solutions.

You will lead research, mentor engineers, and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to improve time-to-market and drive innovation across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in AI and Machine Learning.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/ML/AI or closely related field.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, DL, NLP, CV.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models and algorithms.
• Lead research initiatives; explore novel approaches and technologies.
• Architect AI systems for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and PMs; provide technical guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their work.
• Lead design reviews and drive consistency across projects.
• Partner with engineering manager to set long-term design strategies.
• Incorporate feedback loops and continuous improvement processes.
• Prepare high-level presentations for executives; communicate impact.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, NLP, and ML to extract insights.
• Address complex application/system problems when needed.
