Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Senior AI Platform Support Administrator to manage access to AI platforms, provide frontline support for Copilot, ChatGPT Edu, Gemini, and other tools, and help users with onboarding and adoption. The role involves governance, risk assessment, and collaboration with security and privacy teams.

The position supports AI services across campus, with a hybrid work arrangement and core hours aligned to Colorado Mountain Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management/computer information systems, computer engineering, information technology, or a directly related field.
• Experience in identity and access management and AI platform administration, with user provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and scripting (Python/PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Provisioning and managing access to approved AI platforms and services.
• Supporting onboarding, adoption, troubleshooting, and best practices for AI tools.
• Responding to AI-related service requests and incidents.
• Developing and maintaining SOPs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation for AI services.
• Collaborating with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and Privacy teams on risks.
• Assisting with AI governance and vendor engagement and coordination.
