Sedgwick is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to lead governance, enablement, and operations across Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will manage access, security reviews, and vendor integrations in a complex enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes Level 2 triage, incident response, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with IAM, Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to maintain secure, compliant AI tooling across platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms in regulated environments.
• Experience with security governance and data privacy requirements.
• Strong technical writing and runbook creation.

Responsabilidades

• Governance, compliance, and audit across Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot platforms.
• Level 2 escalation ownership for incidents and service requests.
• Triage access failures and coordinate with IAM for fixes.
• Troubleshoot enterprise AI tooling issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Document runbooks, maintain knowledge base, and improve playbooks.
• Support incident communications and cross-functional collaboration with Legal and IT.
