Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience designing, building AI agents and workflows.
• Experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support AI agents using enterprise platforms.
• Assist departments in translating requirements into agent-based solutions.
• Provide front-line and advanced support for AI agents, automations, and integrations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and technical docs.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and provide implementation recommendations.
