Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz seeks a Senior AI Platform Support Administrator to manage access to AI platforms, support tools like Copilot and ChatGPT Edu, and help users adopt AI responsibly across campus.

The role collaborates with Information Strategy and Services, Security, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure secure, scalable AI services while improving user experiences and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in identity and access management and AI platform administration.
• Experience with API integration using REST APIs, JSON, and scripting with Python and/or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provision access to approved AI platforms and services.
• Provide frontline support for AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Edu, Gemini, and other enterprise AI solutions.
• Assist users with onboarding, adoption, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and documentation for AI services.
• Support AI governance, security, compliance, and data privacy reviews.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management/computer information systems, computer engineering, information technology, or a directly related field
