Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz seeks a Senior AI Support Platform Administrator to join the Information Strategy and Services team. You will support and advance enterprise AI services, provisioning access and providing hands-on help for Copilot, ChatGPT Edu, Gemini, and other enterprise tools.

Responsibilities include onboarding users, troubleshooting, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and Privacy teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of professional IAM experience, plus AI platform administration.
• Experience with AI tools, connectors, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line and hands-on support for AI tools and services.
• Manage access to approved AI platforms and licenses.
• Develop SOPs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
• Monitor platform releases and recommend new AI offerings.
• Assist with governance, risk, and stakeholder reviews.
