• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI/EE with relevant AI/ML experience.
• At least 4 years coding in Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
• Experience leading AI system development and cloud deployment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products for associates and customers.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including model training and inference.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI tech such as HuggingFace, PyTorch, and VectorDBs.
• Invent optimization techniques to improve performance, latency, and cost in production AI systems.
• Contribute to the long-term technical vision and roadmap for foundational AI systems.
• Own end-to-end architecture for complex AI systems with observability and governance.
