This role helps build the core software platform, backend infrastructure, and agents that discover, contextualize, plan, and execute work for customers. You will collaborate with customer success and human-in-the-loop teams, rapidly testing and maturing autonomous solutions in AWS environments

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in at least one language (Typescript preferred) and ability to oversee agentic delivery.
• Experience with React frontend (NextJS) and modern web tech.
• Experience with coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI) and AI tooling.
• Experience querying large datasets with AWS Athena or DuckDB and databases like Postgres; NoSQL DynamoDB.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and IaC in production (AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize and oversee AI agents to test and mature software across the web platform.
• Scrutinize AI-generated plans and code for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stay current with agent-first development practices and contribute to standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to evolve the platform.
• Improve agentic architecture, prompts, and workflows with Product/Human in the Loop teams.
• Work in high-visibility channels and maintain a safe, collaborative culture.
• Own end-to-end work with commitments, proactive status updates, and clear communication.
• Partner with Product to test solutions based on data and customer needs.
• Follow customer experience standards and change/documentation expectations.
