Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with leadership experience shipping large-scale systems.
• Strong foundations in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure.
• Ability to lead and grow a small team of engineers.
• Experience with LLM platforms, inference optimization, and agent architectures.
• Expertise in data retrieval, memory architectures, and AI safety/observability.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural strategy and delivery for the Agentic AI platform.
• Design scalable, multi-modal AI agents for autonomous support and real-time reasoning.
• Mentor senior engineers and set technical standards for an AI-native SDLC.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Design to align execution with strategy.
• Research and implement advanced agent frameworks and safety guardrails.
