• 1+ year AI/ML or agentic exposure.
• Proficient in Python, TS/Node.js, or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems and APIs.
• Security mindset for credentials and trust boundaries.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend APIs and services.
• Build identity and machine-to-machine auth system.
• Build knowledge base and memory layer for agents.
• Build observability layer: tracing, logs, dashboards.
• Build governance and safety layer for tool calls and filters.
• Build orchestration layer for multi-step workflows.
• Collaborate with Product/SRE/Security/others to shape platform layers.
