Job summary

Strike is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer (AI Systems) to join our Core Team. You will build and operate the internal AI platform, deploy IDE agents, and orchestrate secure runtimes for agentic tool use across our cloud-native stack on GKE.

You’ll work with Copilot Agents, Gemini, Claude, and other tools, implementing Tiered Autonomy and Zero Trust patterns while integrating IaC and GitOps pipelines to ship production-grade systems.

Qualifications

• Production systems on Kubernetes (GKE) with Helm and GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Infrastructure as code on GCP/AWS/Azure
• Polyglot across stack: C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript
• Security-first mindset: least-privilege access & secrets management
• Ownership and autonomous work style
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the internal AI platform, connecting tools to core platforms
• Ship IDE agents to accelerate coding
• Build agentic workflows and secure runtimes for tool-use
• Bridge information silos with enterprise knowledge connectors
• Implement Tiered Autonomy with secure state and revert mechanisms
• Secure the frontier with auth patterns and Zero Trust compliance
• Deliver code via IaC and GitOps pipelines
• Embed with teams and drive AI Native workflow adoption
