Job summary

Reflection is seeking a high-impact executive to lead multi-year, strategic engagements with boards and C-suite stakeholders in the United States. You will align AI/ML capabilities with business value, navigate federated organizations, and drive deployment and expansion across large enterprises.

Your track record will include complex negotiations, structure of enterprise agreements, and a hands-on operating style to move deals forward with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience closing seven-figure+ deals.
• Proven ability to navigate federated organisations and multiple decision-makers.
• Technical credibility selling AI/ML, cloud, data infrastructure.
• Executive-level business cases and structured enterprise agreements.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagements from vision to deployment.
