Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Strategist – Chief Architect - AI to define the strategic direction of its AI advisory portfolio. This highly consultative role partners with sales, delivery, and executive stakeholders to shape scalable offerings and drive business outcomes.

You will translate business objectives into actionable AI strategies and roadmaps, educate sales teams, and lead complex advisory engagements that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of AI, data science, or related field.
• Or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in AI governance and organizational change management.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the AI advisory consulting portfolio
• Develop advisory standards and sales enablement materials to support presales and delivery activities
• Monitor AI market trends and customer needs to keep the portfolio relevant
• Educate sales teams on AI offerings and lead complex advisory pursuits
• Facilitate executive conversations and workshops to define business outcomes and strategies
• Develop proposals and business cases for AI advisory engagements
• Advise customers on AI strategy, governance, and business value realization
