Qualifications

• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer and our partners; collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to unblock our partners delivering for our customers’ largest challenges.
• Own the technical bar for specialist artifacts and standards.
• Collaborate with GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local events.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs and public-speaking events.
• Guide and support an internal community of technical experts and create enablement materials for the SA population.
• Design and deliver practice build to ensure partners deliver architectures meeting customer needs.
