Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to own and scale AI platform deployments inside client enterprises, delivering measurable value through production-grade AI solutions. You will drive architecture, governance, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to ensure time-to-value and reliability.

In this role, you will lead workshops, codify best practices, and shape strategic roadmaps for AI adoption across industries, traveling as needed to engage with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production environments.
• 2+ years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI — including building abstraction layers to manage multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• 10+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• 10+ years of experience in client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent or (minimum 12 years) work experience. AI certifications or agentic tool experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex multi-stakeholder client environments from architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability across multiple workstreams with commercial metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation to translate ambiguous problems into production systems within days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, platform, and multi-system integration.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives: build value architecture, ROI backlogs, and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client leadership.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to elevate the FDE practice.
