Accenture seeks Forward Deployed AI Engineers who will embed inside client enterprises to deploy AI platforms, drive adoption, and ensure reliable, scalable outcomes. You will own the end-to-end program, shape value architectures, and deliver measurable business impact across industries.

The role emphasizes working with executives and engineering teams, progressing AI deployments from pilots to production, and traveling as required to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models.
• Minimum 10 years of experience programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum 10 years of experience deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (or 12 years of work experience). AI certifications or agentic tool experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability across workstreams.
• Lead rapid experimentation to move ambiguous problems to production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full technology stack and security layers.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client execs, building value architectures and ROI backlogs.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators that scale across engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client leadership.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to grow the FDE practice.
