Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• 10+ years deploying to production — CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years work experience; AI certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity.
• Lead rapid experimentation to deliver production-ready systems quickly.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the tech stack.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives and roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators.
• Lead architecture design sessions with client leaders.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
