Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, delivering production AI platforms that scale across diverse environments. You will own outcomes, drive adoption, and ensure reliability and performance in real-world settings.

You will design, build, and run agentic workflows, collaborating with C-suite leaders and client engineers to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ years designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) including multi-provider pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes and adoption velocity.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, and integration.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client CTO/CFO/CISO with ROI backlogs.
