Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• 1+ year designing agentic solutions in production.
• 2+ years in AI platforms and multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python or Java.
• 10+ years production deployment (CI/CD, IaC).
• 10+ years client collaboration and leading workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes and commercial metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across the full stack.
• Shape reinvention strategy for CTO/CFO/CISO.
• Publish reusable blueprints and accelerators.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards.
• Travel may be required for this role.
