Job summary

Accenture seeks Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with client teams and scale AI‑native workflows in real enterprise environments. You will own outcomes—time‑to‑value, adoption, reliability, and scale—across multi‑stakeholder deployments with leading AI platforms and cloud‑native stacks.

Travel may be required as you drive production readiness and client value. You will translate complex platform capabilities into measurable business value, shaping the reinvention of AI within client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum of 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI platforms including OpenAI and open-source models.
• Minimum of 10 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with monitoring and observability.
• Minimum of 10 years deploying to production—CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, debugging.
• Minimum of 10 years of client communication and collaboration including leading workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 12 years work experience; AI certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes such as time-to-value and adoption velocity.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production across enterprise environments.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security and integration at program scale.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives and develop ROI backlogs.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client teams.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
