Job summary

Accenture, a forward-thinking services company, seeks Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. You will embed with enterprise clients, owning outcomes from architecture through adoption, translating platform capability into measurable business value in real environments.

This is production work, not consulting. You will lead multi-stakeholder deployments, drive rapid experimentation, and craft reusable blueprints that scale across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum 1 year designing/deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI platforms, including multi-provider pipelines.
• 10+ years programming in Python/Java; familiar with tooling, logging, monitoring, observability.
• 10+ years production deployment experience: CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems within days or weeks.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, and integration.
• Shape reinvention strategy and publish value backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define reusable blueprints and accelerators for multiple client engagements.
• Lead architecture sessions, workshops, and code-with sessions with executives.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to evolve the FDE practice.
