Job summary

Accenture is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering pods. You will be embedded inside client enterprises, delivering production-grade AI platforms, APIs, and agentic workflows.

You own outcomes such as time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability across complex environments. This role involves working with top AI platform providers, shaping strategic reinvention plans, and guiding multi-year AI adoption roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 years of deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and debugging.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent or (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning from architecture through adoption.
• Own program-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation to move problems to production systems in days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full tech stack.
• Shape reinvention strategy for client executives and define AI adoption roadmaps.
• Publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and workshops with client leadership.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice.
