• Hands-on daily use of AI tools, fluency with LLM concepts, and a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to level candidates accurately and improve search strategies.
• Build pipelines for Senior and Principal AI Engineers plus full-stack, front-end, and back-end roles.
