Job summary

Able, a growing AI-driven software company, is hiring a Technical Recruiter specializing in AI, ML and engineering roles. You will own intake, sourcing, screening, and offers for Senior and Principal AI Engineers, plus full-stack roles.

You’ll leverage AI tools for market mapping, candidate research, and outreach to build strong pipelines. You will work 100% remotely from LATAM, collaborating with teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting with full-cycle ownership of engineering searches.
• Experience hiring AI or ML engineers at Senior level or above.
• Ability to discuss LLM, RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning and MLOps with engineers.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting; demonstrates impact.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for AI/ML engineers and for full-stack roles.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies; build search plans.
• Find principal-level AI talent beyond LinkedIn using multiple sources.
• Level candidates accurately for senior vs principal levels.
• Use AI tools to improve search and candidate research.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and improve processes.
• Document playbooks and interview plans for consistency.
