Birdeye Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Technical Recruiter to help build the talent behind our next generation of AI-native products.

You will partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and leadership to attract engineers, researchers, and leaders who design AI models and intelligent systems, shaping Birdeye’s future. You will own the full lifecycle from talent mapping to offer management, build pipelines in AI domains, and advise hiring managers on market dynamics.

Competenze

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including AI/ML talent.
• Experience recruiting for AI-native SaaS companies.
• Proven track record hiring machine learning engineers, researchers, and AI infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of the AI talent ecosystem and market dynamics.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing, assessment, and offers.
• Ability to build pipelines and close highly sought-after candidates.
• Willingness to work from Palo Alto, CA office Tue–Thu.
