EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI engineering initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will work with clients and EY teams to design and deliver scalable AI, ML, and generative AI solutions that unify data sources and produce measurable business value.

You will guide production-grade pipelines, knowledge graphs, and enterprise data products while fostering responsible deployment and collaboration across hybrid teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of AI, data science or ML experience with production systems.
• Strong Python, PySpark, and/or Scala capabilities and data skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering client-facing solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into AI/data product requirements.

Responsabilités

• Leading AI workstreams from solution design through deployment on Databricks.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Engaging with clients and leading workstreams from planning to closure.
• Designing and governing ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
• Applying product-centric development to define user needs and outcomes.
• Staying current with AI trends and advising on tool choices (AIOps, MLOps, AgentOps).
