Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of AI, data science, and/or machine learning experience.
• 2-4 years direct management of technical teams.
• 3-4 years building production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Databricks certifications (Data Engineer/ML/Generative AI/Context Engineering).
• Strong Python, PySpark, or Scala skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment on Databricks.
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions with teams.
• Guide product-centric AI development with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients in hybrid settings.
