EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI workstreams on Databricks, building scalable data pipelines and AI solutions. You will guide teams across data science, engineering, and product stakeholders to deliver measurable business value for clients.

You will partner with clients and EY teams to design production-grade AI systems, ensure responsible deployment, and continuously improve models while staying current with AI trends and tools in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Databricks Certification and hands-on Databricks experience highly valued.

• Lead AI workstreams from solution design through production deployment and ongoing optimization on Databricks.
• Build data engineering pipelines and AI solutions including generative AI and agentic AI.
• Improve processes through research and analysis of innovative solutions.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design and govern ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions and data products.
• Apply product-centric development, prioritizing reusable capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
