Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead data science and big data initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. You will work with diverse teams and clients, translating regulatory priorities into scalable AI solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will collaborate with business and IT leaders, drive innovative analytics, and ensure governance, security, and model risk management. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–10 years in AI, data science, and ML with production experience.
• 2–4 years of leading technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and cloud, data engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage teams and supervise performance with accountability.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive engagements from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities (grid, reliability, forecasting).
• Work with utilities data sources (SCADA, GIS, EAM, OMS, CIS) and modern analytics platforms.
• Support production deployment of AI solutions with governance and security compliance.
