EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities. You will work with clients and cross‑functional teams to design scalable analytics platforms, translating technical results into actionable business insights while navigating regulatory and governance needs.

You will mentor engineers, drive innovative practices, and manage engagements across cloud and on‑prem environments, contributing to EY’s broader data science initiatives

Formación

• A Bachelor's degree is required (4-year).
• 6–10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python proficiency and ML/AI tooling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Supervise teams delivering complex technical initiatives with accountability for results.
• Engage with clients and translate AI outputs into business insights for executives.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities contexts.
• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements are met.
