Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI/ML initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will work with clients and EY teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/data solutions, including generative AI and agentic systems, while ensuring governance and responsible deployment.

You will guide cross-disciplinary teams, apply product-centric development, and stay ahead of AI trends to deliver high-value analytics and data products for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong background in AI/ML, data science, and software engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering production AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production on Databricks.
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions including GenAI and agentic AI.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance of data ontologies, semantic models and domain knowledge graphs.
• Drive product-centric development with clear user outcomes and backlogs.
• Ensure responsible deployment, quality, and timely delivery.
