Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, within the Insurance vertical, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the AI strategy and transformation agenda. You will align strategy with operations, governance, and technology to establish an AI-enabled marketing operating model across the Insurance business.

You will translate strategic directions into actionable initiatives, scalable workflows, and workforce enablement programs while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, digital transformation, marketing technology, innovation, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading complex AI, digital, or marketing transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and evolution of the marketing AI transformation roadmap.
• Support the design and phased implementation of an AI-enabled marketing operating model, including governance structures.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across marketing based on business impact and feasibility.
• Translate changes in customer behavior and AI-mediated engagement into marketing capabilities and journeys.
• Drive alignment across marketing, sales, product, data, technology, and enterprise AI stakeholders.
• Develop current-state and future-state workflows that incorporate AI capabilities and governance.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner options with business cases and vendor assessments.
• Facilitate development of AI agent use cases and end-to-end workflows with human oversight.
• Coordinate pilot programs and transition AI capabilities into production workflows.
• Manage transformation governance processes and executive reporting on progress and results.
• Support organizational readiness through communications, training, and change management.
• Partner with analytics and operations to measure AI adoption and impact.
• Monitor emerging AI trends to inform roadmap priorities.
