  • Support the design and phased implementation of an AI-enabled marketing operating model, including governance structures, decision rights, workflows, operating procedures, and human review controls.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across marketing based on business impact, feasibility, scalability, risk, and organizational readiness.
  • Translate changes in customer behavior, digital discovery, and AI-mediated engagement into recommendations for marketing capabilities, content strategies, customer journeys, and channel optimization.
  • Drive alignment across marketing, sales, product, data, technology, and enterprise AI stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and resolve dependencies.
  • Develop and manage current‑state and future‑state workflows that incorporate AI capabilities, governance requirements, knowledge management, measurement frameworks, and workforce considerations.
  • Evaluate build, buy, and partner alternatives by supporting business case development, platform assessments, proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and vendor evaluations.
  • Facilitate the development of AI agent use cases and end‑to‑end workflows, including knowledge requirements, inputs, outputs, escalation paths, collaboration models, and human oversight.
  • Coordinate pilot programs and support the transition of validated AI capabilities into scalable, repeatable production workflows and operating procedures.
  • Manage transformation governance processes and executive reporting, providing clear, actionable updates on progress, risks, opportunities, decisions, and business results.
  • Support organizational readiness and long‑term adoption through communications, training, capability‑building initiatives, and change management activities.
  • Partner with analytics and operations teams to establish measures of AI adoption, effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and business impact.
  • Monitor emerging AI trends, platform developments, and competitive activity to inform roadmap priorities and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, digital transformation, marketing technology, innovation, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex AI, digital, or marketing transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
  • Experience contributing to operating model design, including governance frameworks, decision rights, cross‑functional workflows, RACIs, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
  • Strong understanding of how artificial intelligence is transforming marketing strategy, customer engagement, content discovery, decision‑making, and operating models.
  • Experience evaluating emerging technologies, platforms, and strategic partners, including development of business cases and build‑versus‑buy recommendations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, knowledge systems, and data integrations, into business requirements and operating processes.
