RELX is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to advance AI strategy and transformation in the insurance marketing space from Alpharetta, GA. You will lead the AI-driven marketing transformation roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish an enterprise AI-enabled operating model and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, program management, governance, and change leadership, with experience in AI, marketing, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, digital transformation, marketing technology, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and evolution of the marketing AI transformation roadmap across multiple workstreams.
• Design and implement an AI-enabled marketing operating model with governance and workflows.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and readiness.
• Translate customer behavior and AI-enabled engagement into marketing capabilities and journeys.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, data, and technology stakeholders to advance transformation.
