Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading AI, digital, or marketing transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution and ongoing evolution of the marketing AI transformation roadmap across multiple workstreams.
• Design and implement an AI-enabled marketing operating model with governance, workflows, and review controls.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and readiness.
• Translate customer behavior and AI-mediated engagement into marketing capabilities and journeys.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, data, and technology stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
• Develop current-state and future-state workflows including KG, measurement, and workforce considerations.
