Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the AI strategy and transformation agenda. This role integrates strategy, operations, technology, governance, and talent development to establish an AI-enabled marketing operating model across the Insurance business.

You will translate strategic direction into actionable initiatives and scalable workflows aimed at improving customer engagement and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, product, data, technology, and enterprise AI stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and readiness.
• Translate customer behavior and engagement into marketing capabilities and journeys.
• Develop governance, workflows, and workforce enablement for AI-enabled marketing.
• Monitor AI trends and inform roadmap priorities and strategic recommendations.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
