Q2 is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, planning, and execution for our AI solutions portfolio. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, Content, Brand, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align campaigns with company objectives.

The role focuses on end-to-end campaign management, measurement of demand gen success, and building integrated plans across channels to drive awareness and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience (or 6+ with advanced degree).
• Understanding of B2B product marketing and product management preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn Q2's go-to-market strategy and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated campaign strategy with cross-functional teams to meet awareness and demand-gen goals.
• Create compelling campaigns across email, digital, events, and more to drive product demand.
• Test innovative concepts to identify new growth opportunities and optimize results.
• Define and execute end-to-end project plans with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Leverage customer insights to shape ongoing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to support the overall business vision.
• Utilize marketing tech to track and report campaign performance (Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike, Confluence).
