Turing invites experienced Marketing Managers to join as Senior AI Trainers. You will craft, assess, and refine complex marketing tasks covering strategy, segmentation, positioning, campaign planning, channel optimization, and budget allocation to support AI-driven initiatives.

You will lead cross-channel programs, analyze performance, and allocate budgets while collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to drive measurable ROI across diverse markets and customer segments.

Qualifikationen

• 3–15 years of marketing experience with leadership and strategic ownership.
• Experience planning, launching, and managing cross-channel programs (digital, email, social, content, partnerships).
• Proven GTM strategy experience for new product launches and growth.
• Analytics and performance tracking abilities to measure ROI and impact.
• Budget management and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and content teams.

• Produce expert tasks and solutions meeting the pod's quality bar.
• Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
