Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services seeks a Senior Technical Architect to serve as trusted advisor to large enterprise customers, architecting Salesforce Platform solutions and leading complex integrations.

You will partner with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to guide programs, manage risk, and ensure scalable, maintainable architectures that leverage Salesforce capabilities and AI-assisted development as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects
• Strong application design, data, integration and security architecture skills
• Strong presentation skills; able to defend a point of view to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented; quickly learns new concepts, business models and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication; develops audience-appropriate materials
• Excellent listening and collaboration across diverse roles
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Resourceful and innovative thinker capable of solving complex problems
• Strong experience in integration concepts, designs and patterns

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and teachively
• Identify and manage risk to resolution
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners
• Review project direction and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to architect technology solutions
• Contribute to program vision and enable technologies on the Salesforce Platform
