Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• 9-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Substantial experience in data, information, solution, or platform architecture.
• Enterprise delivery of a shared knowledge, search, graph, or grounded-AI capability across varied sources and organizational boundaries.
• Hands-on fluency with semantic, graph, or retrieval technologies, strong SQL, and a general‑purpose programming language.
• Data integration across analytical, document, event, and operational information with production controls.
• Policy-aware architecture with access, provenance, quality, and lifecycle controls.
• Architecture judgment using prototypes and operational evidence to trade-offs.
• Cross-functional leadership guiding complex decisions and mentoring.

• Set the knowledge direction and own target architecture, roadmap, and decision principles.
• Design organizational memory with a federated ownership model and durable interfaces.
• Translate business questions with domain experts to define concepts and boundaries for AI systems.
• Engineer trusted ingestion preserving authority, lineage, and uncertainty.
• Build effective retrieval using search, semantic, graph, and structured methods.
• Make evidence inspectable with citations, provenance, and quality signals.
• Embed policy in the path with security, privacy, records, and legal constraints.
• Prove the architecture through lighthouse implementations from prototype to production.
• Operate and improve with service objectives, observability, and incident learning.
• Build shared capability with reusable components and mentoring.
