Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to shape AI-first finance systems and architectures. You will lead integrations across ERP, billing, and procurement, using Workato and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.

Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and other teams to deliver scalable, automated back-office solutions. The role emphasizes designing AI-enabled processes, ensuring SOX compliance, and guiding implementation across Finance departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or data engineering experience, with 2+ years building Workato, AI/ML or LLM-powered delivering tangible business outcomes
• Experience integrating with enterprise financial SaaS systems
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Design & Integrate using Workato supporting all business critical projects
• Support all business critical integrations resolving ME/QE and operational issues
• Lead SOX audits and drive it to closure
• Pursue other automation opportunities that elevate business productivity
• Reimagine core Finance workflows through an AI-first lens
• Design and build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents that automate Finance processes
• Enable AI Use Cases that drive faster execution and better decision-making for Finance teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI & Automation solutions
