Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to lead AI-first integration architecture within our Finance Technology team. You will shape how our ERP and financial systems connect, automate key processes, and ensure compliance across SOX controls.

You’ll partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A, plus IT and Data teams, to design scalable, AI-powered workflows using platforms like Workato, with strong Python/SQL skills and experience with enterprise SaaS integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of engineering or data engineering experience.
• 2+ years building Workato, AI/ML or LLM-powered delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows and integrating to Finance Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design & Integrate using Workato supporting all business critical projects
• Support all business critical integrations resolving ME/QE and operational issues
• Lead SOX audits and drive it to closure
• Pursue automation opportunities that elevate business productivity
• Reimagine core Finance workflows through an AI-first lens
• Design and build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents that automate Finance processes
• Enable AI use cases that drive faster execution and better decision-making for Finance teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI & Automation solutions
