Job summary

Klaviyo is building an AI-first company and seeks a Senior Integrations Engineer to lead integrations in the Finance Technology team. You’ll shape architecture, standards, and long-term vision across ERP, NetSuite/Oracle, and related systems, with an AI-first mindset for automation and copilots.

You’ll collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and IT to ensure compliant, scalable back-end finance workflows and AI-enabled processes across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or data engineering experience.
• 2+ years building Workato, AI/ML or LLM-powered delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Ability to set technical direction and build 0→1 systems with impact.
• Experience with Workato or similar platforms.
• Experience integrating with enterprise Financial SaaS systems.
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks and internal tools.
• Experience handling sensitive data.
• Ability to translate vague business problems into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design & integrate using Workato for key projects.
• Support critical integrations and resolve ME/QE issues.
• Lead SOX audits and drive closure.
• Identify automation opportunities that boost productivity.
• Rethink Finance workflows through an AI-first lens.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents.
• Enable AI use cases that speed up execution and improve decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate problems into scalable AI solutions.
